Santa Lucía Beach

Cayo Cruz is the most promising sun and beach destination in Camagüey. A wide tourist infrastructure is to be built along the shore of this paradise island accessible from both Cayo Coco (80km) and Camagüey City (130km) through the breath-taking landscape of two causeways. Three fine hotels are already open on the key as well as a disco, bowling hall, icecream parlor, cigar shop and spa.
Playa Bonita is located in Sabinal Key and can be reached just by crossing the canal that serves as the entrance to Nuevitas Bay, across Santa Lucía Beach. The almost human-unspoiled scenery hosts a first quality beach.
For those preferring to stay on the beach near the shore, the Beach Clubs in Camagüey offer all kinds of recreational options already included in the tour package: pedal boats, hobie cats, kayaks, surfboards and snorkeling equipment.
