Institution of the performing arts in Guantánamo, with presentations of different dance manifestations of the most diverse sorts: Afro-Cuban folk dances, Anglophones and Francophone, as well as traditional popular dances. Its most recognized space is the show, Bajo la Ceiba.

Company Dance Free. The company Danza Libre (Free Dance) created in January of 1990 by the American dancer Elfriede Mahler, is directed by the maestro, dancer and choreographer Alfredo Velázquez Carcassés. Since its founding maintains, work with contemporary dance and folkloric. Shattered Dance

Founded on October 7, 1993. A proposal of work by the director, teacher and choreographer, Ladislao Navarro Tomasén in the Superior Institute of Art of Cuba (ISA) is presented, where he proposes in his thesis an experimental dance project In which he ventures with different techniques and styles, which enriches the artistic proposal and fuses the different manifestations towards one.
House of the Changüí Chito Latamblet Veranes

It is a cultural institution for the promotion and increase of knowledge of the oldest musical genre of the province "El Changüí". Inaugurated on February 14, 2007 in the popular neighborhood of "Loma del Chivo", the focus of the traditional Popular Culture of the island, it crowned with its opening an old aspiration of Musicians, Composers, Dancers and Researchers who longed for a space for To honor permanently the men and women who for several decades managed to perpetuate in time this rhythmic rhythm of peasant origin that has invaded the great cities of Cuba and wanders around the world today.
Square of the Mariana Grajales Revolution

Provincial Museum (Room of Cosmonautics)

Located in the building that occupies the old jail of the Guantánamo’s jurisdiction. A neoclassical style property, where its sobriety and interrelation with the environment, make it independent of its historical values, a sample of military architecture of the nineteenth century, which is inserted in the historic center of Guantánamo.
One of its rooms is dedicated to the joint flight URRSS-CUBA, which collects, in chronological order, the different stages of preparation and execution of the flight, carried out by Guantánamo Arnaldo Tamayo Méndez, the first Latin American cosmonaut.
House Museum Pedro Agustín Pérez

House Museum Pedro Agustín Pérez, Major General of the Cuban liberation army, the only mambí of Guantánamo that reached that level. In this house lived during the first decade of last century the patriot, whose mortal remains rest in the Mausoleum to the Mambisado Guantanamero. With this museum a deeper approach to the life and work of Pedro Agustín Pérez is achieved and historical justice is done to that distinguished figure, architect of the armed uprising of February 24, 1895, in the town. During the independence struggle, Pérez assumed important responsibilities as military chief in the region of Guantánamo, which then extended from Mayarí to Maisí, and which became the rearguard of the Revolution.
