TripAdvisor once again recognizes excellence of Meliá Cuba hotels

In this 2020, considered an atypical year for tourism, the popular specialized site TripAdvisor has maintained its traditional granting of awards and certifications to hotels and attractions that remain in the preference of travelers.

During its most recent edition, a total of 18 accommodations managed by Meliá Hotels International Cuba have earned the Travelers' Choice Awards, a distinction that is based on the opinions of thousands of users, according to details that the Hispanic hotel chain sent to specialized media based in Havana.

Cayo Coco Meliá hotel, Jardines del Rey Sancti, Spiritus, Cuba

The Meliá Cayo Coco, Meliá Buenavista and Paradisus Río de Oro establishments top the list, having been selected among the 25 best All-Inclusive hotels in the Caribbean and, therefore, deservers of the “Travelers’ Choice Best of the Best”distinction.

The other members of the select group are the Meliá Cohíba, Meliá Habana, Meliá San Carlos, Meliá Santiago de Cuba, Gran Hotel By Meliá, Sol Cayo Coco, Sol Cayo Guillermo, Paradisus Los Cayos, Meliá Cayo Guillermo, Sol Palmeras, Meliá Varadero, Meliá Marina Varadero , Paradisus Princesa del Mar, Meliá Las Antillas and Meliá Internacional Varadero, which received their “Certificates of Excellence”, a category recently renamed “Travelers' Choice”.

The source concluded that it is an excellent recognition for the staffs of the aforementioned properties, which have worked hard in the renovation of areas and facilities, as well as the redesign of processes and services that ensure the well-being of guests, their health, and caring for the environment in the post-covid-19 stage.

Buenavista Meliá Hotel, Cayo Santamaría, Cuba

The Spanish company promotes the programs for “Teleworking” and “Long Stay Vacations”, in keeping with the new normality that the still very dangerous universal pandemic has left us.
