Crossing the nearly 800-meter long tunnel under the Havana Bay, built in 1958 by the French Societé de Grands Travaux, travelers start the journey to the Eastern Havana Beaches.
Fifteen kilometers after the Bacuranao inlet comes the firsr of these beaches, famous for their clear and quiet waters. Among them are those of Mégano, Santa María, Boca Ciega and Guanabo.
