How to get to Havana?

Havana is the capital of the Republic of Cuba and of all Cubans. It is located in the western region of the island and on the north coast. It is the most densely populated city in the country and the third most populated in the Caribbean. Its historical, architectural and cultural heritage has made it an important recipient of tourism. Its historic center, declared a World Heritage Site by Unesco, is one of the best preserved architectural complexes in Latin America. The main air terminal of the city is the International Airport "José Martí", located 20 km from the city center. It also has the Sierra Maestra Cruises Terminal and Omnibus terminals that offer service to all destinations in the country.
