The Lecuona National Singing Contest In Memoriam, promoted by the Lyric Theater Company Ernesto Lecuona is biennial and is a tribute to the Master considered the most important composer of Cuban musical and theater history, founder of the Cuban Lirico Theater. The VIII edition will be from November 28 to December 3, 2017 and will be based in the old José Jacinto Milanés Theatre in Pinar del Río.
The National Meeting of Small Format Theater "SPACIO VITAL", a biannual, is a meeting place for creators and theorists, has an artistic program and a technical program with lectures, book presentations, panels, workshops by renowned figures of the stage and exchanges with specialists and art critics.
