This project defends the Cuban identity through Hispanic rural dances of Haitian and African origin.It was founded in 1995 and today is an institution of national culture. Its headquarters are in the Cabildo San Pedro Lucumi, located in one of the walking avenues of Las Tunas city. The sound of the bata tambours and the constant noise of the cueros, as well as the chords of the country, popular, Haitians and yorubas rhythms, are felt in the surroundings of this cultural institution, a place that irradiates culture.
